1) Intelligent Remote Pest Monitoring System equipment Product Description  

The Intelligent Remote Insect Monitoring System is a new insect monitoring tool developed by our company. This product is manufactured and processed in compliance with the national standard GB/T 24689.1-2009 for insect monitoring lamps used in plant protection machinery. The system features a stainless steel structure and utilizes optical, electrical, and numerical control technologies, as well as an Internet of Things (IoT) system, with reserved 485/232 communication interfaces for integration with various systems, such as meteorological systems. It achieves functions such as automatic processing of insect bodies using far-infrared technology, and automatic operation of the entire lamp. In the absence of supervision, it can automatically complete tasks like attracting, killing, collecting, packaging, and draining insects. This system monitors, analyzes, and predicts the occurrence and development of insects, providing services for agricultural modernization and meeting the needs for insect monitoring and specimen collection.

1. Production and inspection standards comply with GB/T 24689.1-2009 for plant protection machinery insect collection equipment.  

2. The overall structure is made of stainless steel, meeting GB/T 4237 national standards.  

3. Multiple control methods are employed, including light control, rain control, and time control, utilizing 4G/Ethernet for data exchange with the IoT platform.  

4. Power input: Options for AC220V, 400W solar panels & 200AH battery solar power system.  

5. Insulation resistance: ≥2.5MΩ, with leakage protection device.  

6. LCD Display: 10-inch color LCD touchscreen, displaying real-time working status and environmental data, with local configuration capabilities.  

7. Drainage system: Automatically enters rain control mode during rain, activating the rain control motor for drainage.  

8. Light tubes: Uses insect-attracting tubes with wavelengths of 365-395 nm, with a start-up time of less than 5 seconds.  

9. Insect body processing: Uses infrared technology to automatically dry pests on a timer, with a set baking time (baking for five minutes can reach 85℃), achieving a mortality rate of no less than 98% and an integrity rate of no less than 95%. 

10. Insect capture plate: Circular polytetrafluoroethylene insect capture plate.  

11. Vibration device: Short bursts of vibration to spread fallen insect bodies across the capture plate.  

12. Cleaning device: Cleans the capture plate after photography to direct pests into the fall structure.  

13. Photography: Uses a 1200W industrial camera to take pictures at set intervals.  

14. Power failure memory: The device retains its previous working status after an unexpected power failure and recovery.  

15. Power consumption/lifetime: Operating power ≤225W; standby power ≤5W; design life not less than 5 years.  

16. Lightning protection device: Includes lightning rods and grounding devices; effectively prevents lightning strikes.  

17. Impact screens: Four impact screens arranged at 90-degree angles; single screen dimensions: length 608mm ±2mm, width 330mm ±2mm, thickness no less than 5mm.
