NiuBoL brand Pyranometer (Solar Radiation Sensor), a professional-grade solar radiation measurement device, is based on the principle of thermoelectric induction to accurately capture solar radiation data. The sensor is compatible with a wide range of radiation recording devices and ammeters, providing accurate total solar radiation measurements for solar energy research, meteorological monitoring, agricultural production and other fields.
Pyranometer is based on the principle of thermoelectric effect, and its core component is a well-designed thermopile sensor. The sensor is covered with a highly absorbent black coating that efficiently captures solar radiation and converts it into heat. The hot contacts in the thermopile are warmed by the absorbed radiation, creating a temperature difference between them and the cold contacts, which generates an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of the radiation. This signal is processed to give an accurate reading of solar radiation.
1. Accurate Measurement: The sensor is centered on a wire-wound plated multi-contact thermopile with a highly absorbent black coating to capture solar radiation efficiently. The hot contact is located on the sensing surface and the cold contact is located inside the device, the temperature difference between the two generates an electrical signal proportional to the solar irradiance.
2. Stable performance: special double glass cover design to reduce the impact of air convection on the measurement, the inner glass cover effectively block the infrared radiation from the outer glass to ensure the stability of the measurement results.
3. Widely used: It is suitable for measuring the total solar radiation in the spectral range of 0.3-3μm, and can also be used for the measurement of oblique radiation, reflected radiation and scattered radiation.
