Product Overview: Present weather sensor

In a complex and changing meteorological environment, accurate and timely visibility information is essential to ensure traffic safety and improve the accuracy of weather forecasting. Present weather sensor is a new generation of meteorological visibility monitoring equipment designed based on the aerosol front scattering principle. It provides accurate weather visibility measurements.

Present weather sensor working principle:

- Main components: including optical transmitter, optical receiver and microprocessor controller.

- Measurement process: the transmitter emits infrared pulse light, the receiver detects the forward scattered light intensity of aerosol particles, and the microprocessor controller converts the data into meteorological optical range of view (MOR) through specialized algorithms.
