Application scheme of 4G DTU in charging pile networking
The charging pile is mainly composed of a pile body, a metering module and an electrical module, and the basic structure is similar to a low-voltage power distribution cabinet. Charging piles are mainly divided into AC charging piles and DC charging piles. The AC charging pile generally has a power of about several KW and is suitable for slow charging. Generally, it has an RS485 or RS232 interface. The charging data is uploaded to the cloud through the DTU, and the deduction method is calculated through the cloud application.
The power of DC charging piles is generally a few 10KW, providing fast charging services, which are mainly used in various types of charging stations, highways and other fast charging occasions.
Technology deployment
The charging pile system consists of charging piles, industrial DTUs, back-end management platforms, data management centers, and Internet-based APP applications. The charging pile has an RS232 or RS485 interface, and it is directly connected to the Xinyangbang DTU through the serial port. Through the data transmission function of the DTU, the data of the charging pile is uploaded to the server through the GPRS network to realize the data networking of the charging pile. Charging pile operators can remotely monitor and maintain them in real time.
