Performance characteristics of 4G DTU data transmission terminal

The 4G DTU data transmission terminal converts serial data and IP data to each other and transmits them through a wireless communication network. It has the advantages of rapid networking, flexible expansion, short construction period, and low cost. It is based on 4G/3G/2.5G/NB- The IoT/Cat1 network is a bearer network, providing industrial users with wireless data transmission channels over TCP/IP, realizing wireless data communication between field serial devices and the central control system, and easily completing remote data collection and control of field devices. It is widely used in Internet of Things application scenarios such as electric power, industry, transportation, water conservancy, agriculture, environmental protection, and meteorology.

   4G DTU data transmission terminal performance characteristics:

   Application of DTU data transmission terminal in charging pile data uploading:

   The charging pile is mainly composed of a pile body, a metering module and an electrical module, and the basic structure is similar to a low-voltage power distribution cabinet. Charging piles are mainly divided into AC charging piles and DC charging piles. The AC charging pile generally has a power of about several KW and is suitable for slow charging. Generally, it has an RS485 or RS232 interface. The charging data is uploaded to the cloud through our DTU, and the deduction method is calculated through the cloud application.

The power of DC charging piles is generally tens of KW, providing fast charging services, which are mainly used in various types of charging stations, highways and other fast charging occasions.

   The charging pile system is composed of charging piles, DTU, back-end network management platform, data management center and various APP applications based on the Internet. The charging pile has an RS232 or RS485 interface, and it is directly connected to the DTU through the serial port. Through the data transmission function of the DTU, the data of the charging pile is uploaded to the server through the 4G network to realize the data networking of the charging pile. Charging pile operators can remotely monitor and maintain them in real time.

  DTU digital transmission terminal program advantages:

  1. 4G DTU can be seamlessly connected to the existing 4G network, without the need to upgrade the software and hardware of the base station, and the network coverage cost is very low.

  2. In terms of latency, it has millisecond-level transmission latency and supports movement speeds above 100KM/H.

  3, rich interface types: support serial RS232 interface, RS485 interface, support analog input, digital input and output, etc., to meet the different interface requirements of customer application sites.

  4. Low power consumption: Low power consumption is an important indicator of IoT applications. It supports timing sleep and wake-up modes to minimize power consumption.

   5. Support local or remote configuration, convenient operation and unified management.

  6. Support TCP/UDP protocol; support standard ModBus protocol; support standard MQTT (Ali Cloud) protocol; support multi-server data backup.
