1. Classification by communication method

①GPRS DTU: The data is transmitted to the server through GPRS/GSM communication mode, and the data is remotely monitored and stored on the server.

The embedded real-time operating system provides RS232 and RS485 interfaces, which can be directly connected to serial devices to achieve transparent data transmission.

②GPS DTU: a wireless transmission terminal with positioning function, which adds GPS positioning function to the wireless DTU, which can report GPS position (latitude and longitude or GPRMC) regularly, which is mostly suitable for wireless positioning of vehicles and customer groups who need to collect location information.

③WIFI DTU: A wireless communication product that transmits data remotely in the form of a wifi hotspot. It can be connected to a wifi hotspot to transmit data, or it can be used as a hotspot to be connected by other wireless DTUs.

④4G DTU: 4G network is used to transmit data wirelessly. 4G has covered the world recently. Its transmission rate is much higher than that of GPRS. 2. Classification by interface type

Wireless DTU usually supports RS485/RS232 and other interfaces, and customers can choose the appropriate interface type according to the interface of their lower-level computer equipment (sensor, PLC).
