1. Installation and wiring: Please follow the instructions in the wiring method and installation instructions for wiring and installation. Place the sensor in the detection position of 1.3m (±0.1m) and open the protective cover of the snow sensor probe.
2. System setup: If you are equipped with the collector produced by our company, please turn on the system and open the protective cover of the snow sensor probe. In “Other Settings”→“Snow Settings” of the collector, set the starting working temperature of the snow sensor (default is 5℃, you can set it by yourself). After the setting is completed, select “snow detection”, switch “stop” mode to “start” mode, and click “Confirm” button. “button. The system will automatically detect the base height of the sensor.
3. Calculation of height difference: The height difference between two measurements is the value of snow volume during the measurement time. For example, if the initial height of the installation is 1m, and the measurement value is 0.9m again after snowing, then the actual snow amount value is 0.1m at this time.
