Remote Rain Gauge rain sensor (transmitter) is a high-precision telemetry equipment designed for meteorological stations (stations), hydrological stations, agriculture, forestry, national defense and other related departments. It can accurately measure liquid precipitation, precipitation intensity and precipitation start and end time, providing key data support for flood control, water supply scheduling, and water management of power stations and reservoirs. This product is strictly in accordance with the SL61-2003 hydrological automatic reporting system specification, GB11831-89 hydrological reporting device remote rain gauge, GB11832-89 tipping bucket rain gauge national standards for the production, assembly and calibration, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.

- Use the three leveling screws on the chassis to make the leveling bubble indicate level (the bubble stays in the center of the circle), and then slowly tighten the three M8 × 80 expansion screws for fixing. If the leveling bubble changes, readjustment is required.
- Assemble and fix the sensor as shown in the figure to ensure firm installation.
- After fixing, open the rain barrel, cut off the nylon tie on the funnel, slowly inject water into the rain sensor, observe the tipping process of the bucket, and check whether the data is received on the collection instrument. Finally, inject quantitative water (60-70mm), if the data displayed on the collecting instrument matches with the amount of water injected, it means that the instrument is normal, otherwise, it must be overhauled and adjusted.
- During installation, please avoid disassembling the sensor to avoid affecting its performance and accuracy.
