Product Details

The ozone sensor is suitable for continuous online detection of ozone concentration in various industrial and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemical sensors and microcontroller technology, which has the advantages of stable signal, high precision and good repeatability.

Monitoring O3

  In ozone applications, a certain concentration of ozone is an important parameter for ensuring disinfection, saving energy and preventing pollution, but if the concentration of ozone in the environment is too high it can be harmful to humans. Ozone sensors use electrochemical technology for O3 concentration measurement, which is fast and sensitive and can reliably detect ozone concentrations.

For air quality monitoring, we have launched the intelligent "four gases and two dusts" (SO2, NO2, CO, O3, PM2.5, PM10) sensor, which is our new intelligent sensor specifically for gas detection. The gas in the detected area of the instrument flows freely into the gas sensor.

The sensor mainly solves the problems of various types of gas detection, incompatible sensors, complicated calibration, and restrictions on the replacement of core devices; it is easy to operate, accurate and reliable.

This product is suitable for use in enterprise park monitoring, municipal environmental monitoring, mobile environmental monitoring, traffic pollution environmental monitoring, residential area or park environmental monitoring, livestock breeding and other fields.

The four gas and two dust sensors innovatively combine the six pollutant parameters PM2.5, PM10, CO, SO2, NO2 and O3 through a highly integrated structure to achieve 24-hour continuous online monitoring of each pollutant parameter data by gas and transmit the monitored data to people at one time.

PM2.5, PM10 Technical Parameters:

Dust monitoring uses the laser scattering method to measure particle concentrations. When the particles pass through the light sensitive area formed by the focused laser, the light scattered by the particles is collected by a micro photoelectric detector on the detection window. The detector converts the received light intensity signal into a voltage signal, the density of the signal corresponds to the unit concentration value of the particles, the dust concentration value is converted into a coefficient and output in real time through the data interface.

Gas sensor technical parameters:

The gas sensor adopts the principle of electrochemistry to monitor atmospheric concentration, using foreign original imported four-electrode gas sensor, the four-electrode sensor has an extra auxiliary electrode for compensating the zero current, so that it has better response time and anti-interference characteristics.

Ozone sensors are widely used in places or equipment such as pharmaceutical, medical, disinfection, ozone distributor, ozone disinfection machine, etc. The above industries or products will have high and low different concentrations of ozone gas due to different needs.

The uncertainty of ozone gas concentration is a potential safety hazard that exists objectively. Therefore, it is necessary to install ozone gas detectors in the installations in question. For a given process installation, the number and location of ozone detectors to be installed is determined by many factors, and installation is generally done from the following aspects:

(1) The leak point or detection point, which is the location where the ozone gas is present, must be as close as possible, because ozone is extremely easy to decompose.

(2) The receptor point or densely populated area, that is, the location where the ozone gas can pose a threat to personnel, the main purpose of this is to protect personnel safety.

The identification of leak points requires consultation of all hazardous area classification maps, process safety management and risk management floor plans, and other information. In general, ozone sensors should be installed in close proximity to the potential leak point. Detection should be performed at locations where the potential for damage or injury to personnel is high, even if there is no specific leak point nearby.

(3) The ozone sensor should be installed at a height lower than the leak point because the molecular weight of ozone is larger than that of air and the ozone will spread below the leak point.

(4) For this 24-hour need for real-time monitoring of the site, fixed online ozone sensors must be installed. It can be detected online 24 hours a day. And according to the needs of different occasions there are diffusion type, pipe type, circulation type three installation methods. And there are two levels of high and low alarm, can effectively and safely monitor the ozone concentration to prevent safety accidents.

Note: Although most installations have numerous leak and receptor points, these two main types of hazards are not always located in the same place. For example, a potential leak point may be located in an adjacent plant.
